Our Mission is to create a network that preserves the Independent Pharmacy through enhanced services and profitable opportunities.

Our goal is to successfully and consistently demonstrate the leverage and strength of thousands of independent pharmacies, by providing quality services and solutions to our members.
Pharmacy First
Pharmacy First is the largest national network of independent pharmacies in the United States. Currently there are more than 5,000 pharmacies participating in all 50 States, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Founded by Wholesale Alliance LLC in 1996 by a group of fourteen regional drug wholesalers, Pharmacy First was designed to qualify the independent community pharmacy for a variety of retail programs that had previously only been offered to the large chain pharmacies.

In 2006, Pharmacy First expanded its services by purchasing Third Party Station, making third party assistance, reconciliation and various value added programs available to the network.

Today, Pharmacy First offers an ever growing menu of services and programs for any community pharmacy to choose from. Pharmacy First successfully and consistently demonstrates the leverage and strength of our network of thousands of independent pharmacies working together.

Infrastructure
Pharmacy First's infrastructure is based on the collective experience of the network's executives and is supplemented by member wholesalers skilled at running their own businesses. This expertise has been gathered from the fields of data collection, manufacturer relations, communications, media development, and human resources ... the genuine talent that pulls all of Pharmacy First's efforts together.
