The Rx$hare's Compliance Services program is HIPAA compliant and backed by Pharmacy First’s high standard of patient privacy practice. This program offers network members more opportunities to enhance customer service, promote positive patient outcomes, increase drug utilization and generate revenue.

Rx$hare is a retail program designed to generate incremental revenue for independent pharmacies. This program is based on real time aggregated data from our national network and designed to expand opportunities to independent pharmacies through tangible prorams already made available to chain drug stores. Rx$hare works closely with both large and small pharmaceutical manufacturers in developing focused product programs that offer performance-driven, revenue back to the pharmacy. In essence, Rx$hare works as a “virtual chain” for independent pharmacy.

Refill reminder letters are sent to qualifying, participating patients. Letters typically include: welcome letter, refill letter, overdue reminder letter, and urgent reminder letter. These letters are often accompanied with valuable information regarding the patient’s medication and are “signed” with either the pharmacy name or the pharmacist name. Included in these letters is an easy “option out” procedure for the patient should they decide to terminate their participation.
