Easy as 1-2-3

  1. Email Express Scripts at ContractingInitiatives@express-scripts.com to request the necessary paperwork for the BCBS NC Preferred Network. Be sure to include your pharmacy name, NCPDP and NPI number.
  2. Once you receive the necessary paperwork, complete and return the paperwork to Express Scripts. Your progress can be monitored through the ESI portal.
  3. Once approved, Prime Therapeutics will add your pharmacy to process. This process may take an additional 2 weeks to complete.
